Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 7–14 business days worldwide. Express options are available at checkout for most countries.

How much is shipping?
Flat-rate by region. FREE shipping on orders over $80 worldwide. Add a beanie or cap to hit the threshold.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 30+ countries. Pick yours at the top of the page to see local pricing.

Sizing & Fit

What size should I order?
Check the Size Guide for measurements on every product. Most pieces are unisex — order your usual size for a true fit, size up one for oversized.

What if it doesn't fit?
Returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. See Refund Policy.

Products

Are your products real cotton?
It depends on the piece. Graphic all-over print products use technical performance polyester (great for color, breathable, holds shape). Basics like the Freaky Friday Hoodie, V-Neck Tee, and Micro-Rib Tank are cotton-poly blends. Each PDP lists the fabric construction.

Will the print fade?
No. All-over prints are sublimated into the fabric, not screen-printed on top. Color holds wash after wash.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — within 1 hour of ordering, email us. After that, the order is in production.

My discount code didn't work — what now?
Make sure: (a) it's typed exactly as shown, (b) you've hit the minimum requirement, (c) the discount is valid for the products in your cart. If it's still failing, DM us on Instagram.
